In this episode, Shannon talks about engagement with an expert in the field, Dr. Heather Lyon.  Dr. Lyon is a certified Reading Specialist and has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration. Currently, she is an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology for a suburban school district in Western New York.

In her spare time, she hosts The Educrush Podcast with Alex Noel. Natalie currently lives in Calgary, Alberta.
